Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of WebTraffic4U. By creating an account, submitting a website, buying credits, earning credits, launching a campaign, or using any platform feature, you agree to follow these terms.

1. Service purpose
WebTraffic4U provides disclosed, incentive-based website discovery. Members can earn credits through visible timed browsing sessions. Advertisers can use earned or purchased credits to promote approved websites. The service does not provide organic search traffic, guaranteed sales, guaranteed signups, guaranteed engagement, ad-quality traffic, or guaranteed conversions.

2. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure, using accurate account information, and ensuring that your activity complies with these terms. You may not create multiple accounts to bypass limits, claim extra starter credits, avoid moderation decisions, or abuse referral, reward, payout, or campaign rules.

3. Website submission rules
Submitted websites must be public, safe, legal, and accurately described. You may not submit websites that contain malware, phishing, credential theft, deceptive downloads, forced redirects, adult sexual content, illegal products, hate or extremist content, gambling where restricted, financial scams, misleading investment claims, or any content that violates applicable law or platform policy.

4. Campaign rules
Campaigns are delivered using platform credits. Advertisers are responsible for setting correct destination URLs, campaign titles, descriptions, timers, budgets, schedules, daily caps, and visitor limits. WebTraffic4U may pause, reject, edit, or remove campaigns that create risk, violate policy, mislead users, or harm the marketplace.

5. Credit rules
Credits may be earned, purchased, awarded, adjusted, reversed, or removed according to platform activity and admin review. Credits are not a bank deposit, stored-value account, security, or guaranteed cash balance. Purchased credits are primarily intended for campaign promotion. Earned credits may be eligible for reward or payout review only when the current eligibility rules are met.

6. Earning rules
Members must complete browsing sessions honestly. You may not use bots, scripts, automation, virtualized repeated activity, fake clicks, hidden frames, traffic generators, VPN or proxy abuse, account sharing, or any method intended to create false earning activity. Sessions may require a visible timer, manual opening fallback, and completion confirmation.

7. Payout and cash conversion rules
If cash conversion is available, requests are subject to manual review, minimum thresholds, fraud checks, account standing, payment method availability, and current platform rules. WebTraffic4U may deny, delay, or reverse payout requests when activity appears abusive, duplicated, fraudulent, policy-violating, or technically invalid.

8. Billing and orders
Paid credit packages create an order or invoice record. Credits may be applied instantly or after payment verification depending on the checkout method. Manual payment methods may require admin confirmation. You agree to provide accurate billing details and not to dispute valid payments after credits have been delivered or used.

9. Refunds
Refund handling is described in the Refund Policy. Used credits, partially used packages, bonus credits, promotional credits, and accounts involved in abuse may not be eligible for refund. When a refund is approved, related credits may be reversed from the account balance.

10. Moderation and enforcement
WebTraffic4U may review websites, campaigns, accounts, orders, referrals, viewing sessions, payout requests, and abuse reports. We may reject websites, pause campaigns, remove credits, disable rewards, restrict accounts, suspend access, or close accounts when needed to protect users, advertisers, payment integrity, or platform safety.

11. Prohibited use
You may not use WebTraffic4U to manipulate search rankings, ad networks, affiliate systems, social proof, analytics quality scores, votes, reviews, app rankings, or third-party platform metrics. You may not claim that incentivized discovery sessions are organic visitors, real buyers, guaranteed leads, or non-incentivized engagement.

12. Service availability
The platform may experience maintenance, downtime, third-party payment issues, hosting issues, blocked embeds, browser restrictions, or destination website limitations. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when needed.

13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, WebTraffic4U is not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost rankings, advertising account issues, third-party platform actions, campaign performance, or indirect damages resulting from use of the service.

14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
